What goals to set as an entrepreneur?

Get the article in video format:

So, I jumped on a Zoom call with like-minded entrepreneurs I met on Clubhouse.

When I asked them what goals they have, ALL of them basically gave me the SAME answer.

They sat down with a mentor, coach, investor or accelerator and set goals.

I nodded because I was doing the same.

If you have an idea, consider talking to somebody who has experience in your field.

That way, you can start with the RIGHT goals in mind.

If you have a tech company, don’t spend a ton on your first version. Build a NoCode prototype.

If you are a writer, don’t write a 200-page book without building an audience online first.

The list goes on and on…

Having the RIGHT goals is super important because they determine where your time and effort will flow into.

That’s why you can interview experts or mentors, etc.

Just send them a kind request for a 5-minute conversation on the phone on LinkedIn.

When I was starting out, I had no idea about my business area.

So, I asked my friends:

WHO DO YOU KNOW THAT…?

And they gave me some contacts.

And those contacts gave me some more connections.

Suddenly, your calendar is full of calls with experts from the industry that can help you set the right goals to solve the problem you are trying to solve with your business.

Try it out for yourself.

And as always...

Thanks for focusing 😊
