How do you feel when you reach your goals? The Feeling of Entrepreneurship Every Founder is Dreaming of

The other day I was scrolling down in the apps store and came across these "To-Do list" apps.

I always wondered:

"Why don't people just use their notes app?"

Then I saw a preview of that app and went:

"Wow, that looks sooooo satisfying…"

Turns out, these apps use our psychological need for completion or how I like to call it, "ticking things off".

This "Ding!" you hear when ticking off a To-Do from your list can literally give you a shot of dopamine, the molecule of pleasure in the brain.

Crazy, right?

But think of what you could do with this!

You could get hooked and into a flow by wanting to complete your daily action steps.

You can have a "positive addiction".

I know that sound weird…

For example, in the interview of LeBron James, one of the best basketball players in the NBA, at the Ellen Show, he said that:

I try to take time off. But the gym "called" me at night...

This sounds crazy if you keep in mind that most people can't even get themselves to go to the gym ONCE a week, and he can't stop training.

LeBron gets this festive feeling of accomplishment when completing a workout at the gym.

This way is how reaching a goal feels like, and I definitely recommend it to try it out for yourself!

Set a goal and go achieve it!

Then observe how you feel.

And who knows?

Maybe you'll get hooked on something healthy!

All the best and as always…

Thank you for focusing 😊
